Billy...great to have you aboard. Watched your video the other day and caught your story about guiding your father in a recent magazine and really enjoyed it. Something about a guy that has no problem closing his eyes at nite camped at the banks of a salmon stream where you can walk across their backs, seperated from the elements and 1 ton carnivores by a .1000 thick slice of ripstop tafetta nylon and rainfly combination has got me questioning your sanity. There are a few Jeremiah Johnsons left out there and you my friend are one of them. One day your stomping thru the mountains king of your own destiny answering to no one and by the next morning at the end of a 12 hour digestive tract function you have the possibility of being transformed into a steaming pile combination of blue berries, salmon skin, and small scraps of Cabelas flannel bear schmegma. Its easy for all the arm chair hunters to talk a good story of how they'd stalk up and smack a griz when they have a cold beverage in their hand in the safety of the living room but you are living it. Really liked the wolf shootin, hopefully I can get there someday and add that to our new predator DVD. Be safe out there and you've obviously figured out how to keep your hair so far. Look forward to hunting with you someday. I can't wait to show you my new invention....its a self operated pulley system that lets me haul myself 30 feet into the air in a hammock over the stream for sleeping purposes.....not scared just love the sound of a babbling brook..LOL..Welcome to the crew.....Jed the Hunter

Billy,

It is an honor to have your writing contribution on huntersprostaff.com. Many people will never have the oppotunity to see what your eyes have viewed, nor will they be able to capture the knowledge you have from first hand experiences. We appreciate your pictures and your articles and we are excited about carrying your DVD's in our store. They are the next best thing to being there!!
